BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Mini-malls are rapidly replacing swap meets as the fastest growing concept of discount retailing. This 60,000 square foot grocery store was converted into a mini-mall with over 35,000 square feet of leaseable space to accommodate 80 retail tenants and a full food court. Tenant improvement costs were in excess of 24;500,000 and the project is 90%; occupied. Other than advertising, leasing of stalls, and collecting checks this does not require a full time effort.
