This is an excellent opportunity to purchase the head Franchisor of a Locksmith and Plumbing Franchise that has been successfully operating for almost six years. The franchisees attend thousands of call-outs every year dealing with a wide range of locksmith services and plumbing work across the UK.

There are some 50 locksmith franchisees, operating from branded vans with each franchisee having the exclusive rights to operate in a postcode area. The professional teams all wear uniforms and efficiently deal with situations in a timely manner and at competitive rates.

There are a further c20 Plumber franchisees operating under the plumbing brand.

The company sells around 24 franchises per year across the two brands and there are at least 100 franchise territories available in the UK, for both plumbing and locksmithing. (100 each).

The Head Franchisor runs a call centre, centralised website development and promotion system and telephone answering service. It operates a highly sophisticated and custom built CRM System which contains a database of circa 150,000 potential or past customers.

When a potential customer rings, the call is taken in the call centre, a quote is given and the job is secured. The job is booked for the relevant franchisee who services the postcode where the customer is located. The franchisee is alerted by text/email of the new appointment and he is able to access his diary by laptop, smart phone or tablet computer.

The franchisee completes the job and the customer is billed by the head office. When payment is received, the money is credited by the Franchisor to the franchisee’s bank account less the standard commission fee of between 15-20%.

All franchisees are sourced via word of mouth or through the internet marketing campaigns that the company undertakes.
