Since formation in 2007 the Vendor has established an excellent reputation as a Care provider with a difference. The Company solely provides care for either Private or PCT clients, and will only take on a minimum of a 1 hour duration visit. They are heavily focused on clients with a higher level of care needs and requirements and will take on clients from the age of 18 upwards right through to the elderly, including the terminally ill.
Offering a bespoke service tailored to the needs of the service user, the Agency offers an extremely high quality service of care. Focusing on a Private & PCT client base has enabled this Provider not only to be able to charge at a slightly higher rate, but also provide a service that is not restricted by social services funding, but rather what the individual has within their own financial means. The core ethos of the Business is its attention to quality, and being able to offer a service that is of a higher standard, but also what the individual wants rather than what is stated that is required. Providing a service that enables the end user to maintain dignity and overall wellbeing of the client by meeting both their physical and mental health needs.
