The total constructed area of this remarkable hotel is 1.155,90m2, incorporating: basement, ground floor, three further floors and attic.
The 192m2 basement houses the kitchen, laundry room, warehousing etc. The ground floor includes the reception area, client attention area, office, cafeteria, drinks office and finally the smokers section. The following three floors, with total surface area of 651,90m2, house eighteen junior suites (six per floor). The attic with 120m2 has four further junior suites but with each having an exterioir terrace. The fifth floor houses the hotel installations (i.e. elevator machine room etc).
The hotel includes a hot/cold air-conditioning system throughout, as well as an integral domotic system to control the running of the hotel. Each bedroom is also sound proofed, has a full bathroom with hidromassage bath and jacquzzi, television, telephone and Internet.
