The business also supplies the sparkling wine, craft beer and pre-batch cocktails and has mature & robust relationships with its suppliers in Italy and the UK.

The business also has long term relationships with resellers and this has become a significant opportunity for a new owner to exploit.

The business was originally invested in by the vendor, who then went on to own the whole enterprise and with the support of the incumbent manager, grow and consolidate the business such that it now represent an established and reliable opportunity for a new owner.
