Current Operation:-
The current owner uses the services of a relative’s warehouse for a full picking, packing and despatch service at £2,000 per month + VAT. The owner processes all orders himself up to warehouse stage, so there are no direct employees.
The owner has a provisional agreement in place to move all stock to a fulfilment warehouse in December 2019. The fulfilment company operates software that links directly with the online website to auto process, pick, pack and despatch orders without any direct employee or staff involvement.
